Our members research and plan the trips. Group discounts are passed on to all...everyone pays the same...even the trip leader (WIC). The WIC (Woman In Charge) is the person you'll contact for more information. You can make reservations though her or at a Club meeting. Your deposit is required to reserve a space. We reserve rooms so that each person has her own bed, and we aim for the nicer hotels/resorts. Prices may change, though normally they don't.

TO SIGN UP for a dive or trip.

(1) Sign up at the meeting or call/e-mail the WIC to confirm space is available.

(2) Immediately send a deposit or full payment to South Florida Women Divers with a note telling us what trip or dive it is for. (Just putting your name on the list does not hold the spot and just sending money for to the Treasurer will not get you on the list!) Spots can only be secured for trips which are listed in this newsletter. Our members research and plan the trips and group discounts are passed along to all. . . everyone pays the same . . . even the WIC.

DEPOSITS: For local boat dives full payment is required when you sign up. Cancellations: Refunds are provided if canceled within the cancellation period or if the spot is filled or if a facility issues a refund.

WIC means Woman in Charge of the trip/dive.

Bring Your
Checkbook

We will not accept sign ups at out meetings for any event that requires payment of money unless you leave a check in the folder at the same time. If you do not bring your checkbook to the meeting or can't attend a meeting you may mail your payment to the Treasurer. But your name will not be placed on the sign up list until your payment is actually received.
