CONGRATULATIONS !
- Elaine Blum dove her 900th dive on the September 2005 Club trip to Bimini..
- Pam Angel dove her 100th dive on the September 2005 Club trip to Bimini.
- Rachel Malakoff dove her 300th dive in October, 2005.
- Diane Perkins photo of a sea horse from
St. Vincent has been selected to be published in an upcoming book.
- Elaine Blum received the Judge's Choice Award
in the PADI Project Aware photo contest for her picture of a sea horse.
- Debbie Rogers has passed her class and is now a certified dive instructor. Good work Debbie!
- Robyn Churchill's picture of a beer drinking octopus won first prize at the Ocean Watch photo contest in May, 2004. Elaine Blum's picture of an Atlantic Spade fish won third prize at the same event. Click here for pictures.
- Robyn Churchill's turtle photo which won her first prize at the "It's a Snap" photo contest last year was chosen as Kodak's picture of the day for June 26, 2004. It was displayed in Time Square in New York City and on Kodak's website on that date. Congratulations Robyn! Click here for pictures.

BUOY INSPECTIONS
The SFWD have adopted 10 buoys in Broward and are responsible for inspecting them quarterly. These buoys help protect the reefs from damage from anchors. Volunteers are needed for this fun and helpful activity. The boat is provided free of charge. Times are determined by the participants but must take place on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday morning.
