DIVE ON THE STARFISH -SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20TH
On Saturday, September 20th we have reserved space on the Starfish Enterprise in Lantana for the morning dive. The Starfish is a 34 ft. Crusader which is certified for 22, but they max at 16 divers. Capt. Craig has a great operation and you can visit his website at www.idivestarfish.com for location and directions. Tanks available for rent from boat.
Costs is $58.25 including tax and tip.

Itinerary: Sept. 29, 2008---overnight stay in Bali
Sept. 30 – Oct. 10, 2008---all-inclusive stay at Wakatobi Dive Resort!
(these dates may change by just one or two days since this trip is so far out)
Estimated costs:
Hotel stay in Bali: $85 per person, double occupancy.
RT charter airfare from Bali to Wakatobi: $290.
10-night/11-day stay at Wakatobi Dive Resort: $2376 per person, based on group rate and double occupancy.
Included in resort price: all boat diving and 24/7 shore diving, including air tanks and weights,
spacious garden bungalow, double occupancy, 3 all-you-can-eat buffet style meals per day plus snacks.
Not included:
Airfare from US to Bali (Please note: our travel agent has discounted airfare available
through Singapore Airlines.)
Also not included are Nitrox, alcoholic beverages, tips, $35 immigration fees
Deposit: $600 to Ultimate Dive Travel is due upon sign-up, along with a signed Travel Services Agreement form, a Credit Card Authorization form, and a Travel Insurance Waiver/Acceptance form.
